From 5th April 2024 to 12th April 2024, Dakman Vietnam Company, in collaboration with the Eakmat Coffee Technology Research and Transfer Center - Western Highlands Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute (WASI) and the People's Committees of the communes, trained over 1,590 coffee farmers in three communes: Ea Tar, Ea Kiet, and Cu Dlie M'nong. The training covered topics: water resource management and conservation, as well as Landscape Approach Method.

The training aimed to help farmers update their knowledge and skills, and to encourage them to share their practical production experiences and apply the knowledge and techniques learned practically and effectively. The lecturers used a learner-centered approach, employing a variety of methods such as presentations, demonstrations, video screenings, group work, and good agricultural practices, taking into account the learners' perspectives on the actual production situation. After the training, the lecturers provided feedback, answered questions from the farmers, and offered practical recommendations for them to apply.

The training has helped farmers understand the content, objectives, and activities of the Sustainable Production Program, combined with Resource Conservation and Social Welfare in Cu Mgar District. They have gained a better understanding of sustainable and responsible production, particularly in light of EUDR requirements, and their responsibility to provide and share production information that meets EUDR requirements.
