Buon Ma Thuat, May 17, 2024 - Intimex Buon Ma Thuat, in collaboration with IDH, the Compact Cư M’gar Steering Committee, and the People's Committees of the communes and towns in the Compact zone, conducted a training session on May 13-15, 2024. The training focused on using survey forms to collect data from farmers in the production area to ensure compliance with the EUDR.

The training targeted local government officials, agricultural and extension officers from the communes and towns, and self-governing bodies of villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods in the following areas: Ea Kueh, Quang Tien, Ea Tul, Ea H'Ding, Ea Mnang, and Quang Phu town.

Intimex's agricultural staff and lecturers introduced and updated participants on the EUDR's requirements. They also guided the filling out of the farmer data forms and commenced the data collection process in the production areas to comply with EUDR.

At the end of the training, Intimex distributed 7,200 survey forms to the participants from the six communes and towns. These forms will be used to collect farmer data in their respective villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods. The data collection is expected to begin immediately after the training, ensuring timely completion according to the plan set by the District People's Committee.
